Mom Plaque with Flowers Personalized with Kid's Names

This MOM sign is handmade of layered wood and may be customized to say a different word like MAMA, MOMMY, MOTHER, etc. Choose up to 10 large flowers, which may be hand hand personalized with the kids names if you like. If you select a white background plaque it will have a black word, and if you select a putty gray background it will have a white word. All signs include the scattered tiny accent flowers in addition to the number of larger flowers selected (color/placement will vary depending on names/flowers requested).
If you choose a custom word, please indicate it in Notes to Seller; also list names for personalization (note any other specifics there as well).

Our update on this plaque has it hanging from a pretty neutral ribbon that matches the plaque color, though if you prefer the burlap shown here just let us know. 

All mom plaques include 7 tiny flowers, while grandma and great grandma includes 5 tiny flowers. The placement of the flowers depends on the amount of larger flowers selected.
