Grandma / Great Grandma Plaque with Personalized Flowers with Grandkids Names

Choose Grandma's moniker (Mimi, Nana, Gigi etc) and the number of flowers needed to represent her grandchildren. Our update on this plaque has it hanging from a pretty neutral ribbon that matches the plaque color, though if you prefer the burlap shown here just let us know. 

If you select a white background it will have black words, and if you select a putty background it will have white words.

All plaques includes 5 tiny flowers. The placement of the flowers depends on the amount of larger flowers selected.
